These machines facilitates the leak proof and pilfer evident sealing of aluminum foils on the cups, cans, bottles, plastic containers, trays, etc. The thermostatic heat controller is provided with Audio-Visual Timer Indicator. As far as strong cups/ bottles are considered, they can be easily sealed by the Foil Sealing Machines. But if the material of the cups/ bottles/ trays is flimsy or delicate then extra support at the bottom of the neck is required. Or else the cup, etc. may be crushed during sealing operation to provide extra support

Sealing Machines - Hand Operated Sealer

This machine is our prime model in the manually operated sealers. These machines are especially used to seal the openings of ready-made bags. There are impulse sealing bars which gets heated during sealing procedure only. The sealing time is adjustable with a timer. It has audio-visual sealing indicators. It is best suitable for small quantities of packaging with very low power consumption. It also has a round element option for sealing and cutting simultaneously.

Sealing Machines - Foot Operated Sealer

This user friendly machine helps the operator to adjust the heavier bags as the operation is done with the help of the foot. It has tiltable sealing jaws and an adjustable bag rest is provided for operator's comfort. It also has an adjustable electronic timer and audio-visual sealing indicators. Additional features of HOT BAR SEALERS and CODE BAR SEALERS especially for the multi layer laminated bags can also be provided as per your requirement. Almost all the multi layer laminated bags of aluminium/ paper/ polythylene/ polyurethane lamination can be sealed with the HOT BAR SEALERS.
